Singaporean/ SPRS may apply only Set up of food manufacturing equipment:

Set up equipment and work stations for daily production operations.
Check equipment parameters meet process requirements.
Conduct routine equipment inspection and schedule for preventive maintenance.

Operate automated manufacturing equipment and forming of products:

Operate equipment, machinery in food manufacturing automated lines and manual hands-on in producing food products.
Monitor performance of food manufacturing equipment and raise report for any improper functions.
Assist in resolving downtime issues with the maintenance team.
Check and ensure accuracy of food quantity, quality and materials are in accordance with production standard operation procedures (SOPs).
Record manufacturing process and food safety standard records forms (Eg. critical control point (CCP), product specification.

Maintain hygiene, safety and standards:
Clean, wash and sanitize workstations, equipment and maintain equipment hygiene requirements as defined in standard operating.
Apply food manufacturing standards and SOPs related to safety and hygiene policies and procedures.

Requirements:
N/O Level/ Fresh Nitec/Diploma with 1 to 2 years related hands-on production/processing experience in manufacturing environment.
Equipment troubleshooting skills (Electrical/Mechanical)
Able to work in cold/hot temperature and fast-paced environment, carry heavy load (if required) and handling machineries.
5.5day work-week
