JOB SCOPES :


Project Management,

• Oversee M&E works at construction sites.
• Monitor project progression, operating cost, budget, and deadline.
• Prepare project progress reports.
• Coordinate with various parties (contractors, consultants, client representatives, internal teams)
• Site inspections
• Resolve issue arise.
Project commissioning and handover.

Drafting,

• Prepare and review M&E designs and drawings.
• Ensure compliances with relevant codes, regulations, and client’s requirements.
• Prepare and submit shop drawing, Revit BIM for coordination, As-built drawings, Construction drawings.
Manage project documentation, including technical drawings, specifications, and change orders.

REQUIREMENTS :

• 1 year experience in managing projects related to Generator/ Data Center/ M&E Engineering.
• Knowledge with Building Information Modelling (BIM).
Preferable degree in Engineering but not a must.

PACKAGE :

• Basic range from $3800 - $5500, subject to relevant experiences and qualifications
