Our company is a rapidly growing new enterprise that has expanded swiftly across Singapore. We specialize in offering locally-sourced products and are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the fit-out and launch of our new stores. We are looking for someone with extensive experience in commercial store renovations, well-versed in the technical and specialized knowledge required for retail fit-outs.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Project Planning and Scheduling:

• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and schedules for commercial interior design projects.
• Obtain quotations and hire contractors.
• Collaborate with contractors to define project requirements, objectives, and deliverables.

Submissions and Compliance:

• Possess in-depth knowledge of the commercial interior project processes and requirements.
• Expertise in commercial interior fit-outs and addition & alteration (A&A) works.
• Ability to produce detailed drawings according to building management requirements, including M&E drawings, within the project timeline.
• Compile and submit As-Built Drawings and Fire Safety Certificates to building management for approval.
• Obtain relevant certificates and conduct necessary tests to ensure timely store openings.

Site Supervision:

• Conduct site inspections to ensure work meets quality standards and adheres to project plans, contract documents, and local building regulations.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in commercial interior projects.
• Strong knowledge of interior design principles, construction processes, and project management methodologies.
• Experience in managing restaurant or F&B outlet fit-out projects.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Proficient in Auto CAD, 3D software, and rendering tools.
• Strong profile to demonstrate past experiences.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $5,000.00 - $8,000.00 per month
