Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the daily operations of the procurement including sourcing, evaluation, and procurement of Chemical related Materials
- Handle the PO processing of internal & external requisition
- Update and maintain purchase order file and suppliers’ documentation
- Responsible for goods to be received on time.
- Ensuring stock availability and placing timely orders as and when required.
- Prepare contract agreements
- Ensuring that POs are all approved and proper signatures are obtained
- ISO documentation update
- Able to perform ad-hoc General Affairs duties as and when assigned
- Diploma level or relevant Chemical qualifications
- 1 years relevant working experience with chemical background is preferred
