This position is part of the Manufacturing & Operations Team located in Singapore and will be on-site (Mid shift: 1pm to 10pm). At IDT, we are one global team. We celebrate our differences, engage in healthy debate, and are inclusive. Together, we accomplish great things.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Perform quality control tasks on time to support 2 Value Streams. This can include analytical testing, physical testing, equipment upkeep, documentation and problem solving.
• Basic understanding of Mass Spectrometry, Capillary Electrophoresis and High-Performance Liquid Chromatography.
• Basic understanding of UV/VIS spectroscopy, titration, PH and conductivity.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Fresh Diploma in a Science related field or Nitec/Higher Nitec with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• The ability to exert 10-25kg of force occasionally and/or 5-10kg of force frequently.
• Proficient computer skills which include knowledge of the internet, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: i

• Must be comfortable working with chemicals, and other substances.
• The ability to wear personal protective equipment is required (including but not limited to; steel-toed shoes, gloves, safety glasses, hearing protection, protective jacket or apron, and arm guards).

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• SAP knowledge
• Basic knowledge in manufacturing practices.
