JD18 QS cum Draftsperson
Responsibilities:

• Prepare and revise drawings in a timely manner for tender and job order .

• Collaborate with team to propose design and materials based on budget and client requirement to obtain material dimension & specification from site & vendors.

• Coordinate instructions with sales team, production, and Clients for job order & design specification

• Prepare bill of quantity for job order in a cost-effective manner.

• Liaise with consultants and vendor on compliance with regulations, practices and changes

• Survey site condition, cost and method requirement of installation, delivery, and set-up if necessary.

• Conduct quality control to ensure finished products are constructed according to job order and drawing

• Be organized and responsible in safe keeping of all files & drawings.

• Give support to production, procurement and logistics team members.

Requirement:
· Minimum 2 years’ experience in construction, building, project management, manufacturing.
· Competency in Auto CAD, Sketchup, 2D & 3D drawing.
· Organised, self-driven, organised & team player with good interpersonal skill.

• Diploma/NTC 3 (or equivalent) in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering, Building Services or related field.
