We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor personnel to join our team. The successful candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong understanding and ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities:

• Contract Administration/Quantity Take-off/Cost Evaluation/Preparation of Tender Documents
• Calling of Tender/Quotation/Purchases
• Preparation of Progress Claims/Finalise Accounts/Other Miscellaneous Works
• Any other project / departmental matters.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in QS
• With relevant Diploma or similar qualification
• Hardworking, meticulous and a good team player
• Proficient in Microsoft Navision System would be advantageous
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $2,800.00 - $5,000.00 per month
