Resident Technical Officer (RTO)

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor construction progress, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
- Inspect materials and workmanship to maintain high-quality standards and adherence to project requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections, report defects or non-conformances, and coordinate with the Qualified Person (QP) and other stakeholders to resolve issues.
- Provide onsite supervision and maintain accurate site records, ensuring all works align with approved plans.
- Oversee safety, environmental, and health matters, ensuring contractors follow relevant regulations.
- Prepare and submit progress reports to the QP and stakeholders, ensuring project timelines and quality standards are met.
- Assist in reviewing contractor's drawings, method statements, and procedures for proper execution on-site.

Supervise the installation and monitoring of instrumentation, ensuring compliance with approved plans and regulatory requirements
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Civil and Structural (C&S) Engineering.
- Must possess a valid RTO certificate from IES Singapore.
- Self-motivated and able to solve issues independently.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the construction industry, with at least 1 year as an RTO.
- Experience in supervising the installation of monitoring instruments and using software for data presentation and analysis.
