Job Description
· Support marketing activities in-store, including managing promotional campaigns and retail merchandising
· Assist customers with product inquiries, providing technical information and advice on smart vacuum cleaners
· Produce concise and detailed service reports
· Manage inventory and prepare procurement plans for retail operations
· Coordinate video production for product promotions, Tik Tok videos, and livestreams
· Track and log customer interactions and feedback into Excel for future reference
· Provide general administrative support for retail marketing efforts and other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
· Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Self-motivated, with a proactive and positive approach
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Proficiency in Mandarin and Chinese word processing is preferred
· 1 year experience is preferred, however fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Full Time Salary
Basic: $2800 - $3300 (Depends on experience)
Part Time Salary
Salary: $10/hr, After Probation $12/hr
