Risk Management Facilitator (RMF cum DFS)

- Overseeing the construction activities and progress, planning, implementation, and monitoring work schedules in accordance to the master and detailed work programme
- Liaise with Professional Engineer on the Temporary works
- Liaise with consultants (QPS) for technical issues and coordinate the site activities with subcontractors
- Handing of technical and engineering problems
- Provide guidance to supervisors in relation to construction works, ensure progress according to schedule, quality standards are maintained site inspections are carried out and technical issues are resolved on time
- Prepare report and method statement whenever necessary
- Manage and control workers and monitor their work closely to keep site safer and neat
- Perform risk analysis, risk monitoring and reporting
- Maintenance of risk registrar
- Identify risks and ensure all requirements during design & construction stage are addressed with suitable protection and mitigation measures
- Prepare, maintain, and update project Risk Register as project progresses
- Degree accepted by Professional Engineers Board (PEB) or Board Of Architects and construction related degree accepted by Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers (SISV) and Society of Project Managers (SPM).
- Risk Management Facilitator (RMF) Certification
- Reasonable exposure in safety and health for construction especially on transportation infrastructure projects in a similar nature to this Contract and Attended the Df S for Professional Course and passed the assessment, or equivalent.
- Be a registered PE or Architect with a Practicing Certificate
- Min 5years relevant experiences in the construction site/LTA project/Design which includes contributions to designs, writing specifications) and the supervision of the construction of structures.
