We are looking for a driven and motivated Junior Sales and Marketing Pharmaceutical Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving sales growth and assisting in the development of marketing strategies for our expanding product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities :

• Sales Support :Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to meet targets.
  Promote and sell pharmaceutical products and health supplements to general practitioners, clinics, and other healthcare providers.
  Conduct face-to-face meetings with clients to build relationships and present product benefits.
  Manage and grow the assigned territory to ensure product penetration and expansion.
  Provide after-sales support, addressing customer inquiries and issues.
  
• Marketing Support :Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional activities, campaigns, and events.
  Assist in the creation of marketing materials and sales presentations.
  Conduct market research to identify potential customers, trends, and competitor activity.
  Help organize product training and information sessions for healthcare providers.
  
• Client Relationship Management :Develop strong professional relationships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders.
  Regularly follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify further sales opportunities.
  Provide timely feedback and reports to the sales manager.
  
• Reporting :Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline updates.
  Prepare regular sales and marketing performance reports.
  

Qualifications :

• Diploma or degree in Pharmaceutical Science, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or a healthcare-related sales role (preferred but not required).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and demonstrate a deep understanding of the product portfolio.
• Results-driven with a proactive and customer-focused attitude.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point)
