Sales Coordinator

- Full spectrum of support to account managers - Issue quotations, prepare Bill of Quantities based on customers’ requirements, process sales orders, sample orders, service orders accurately and in a timely manner.
- Generate and send invoices to customers via email or through online portals
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and offer solutions to their requirements.
- Support and assist Business Managers in the preparation and submission of tender/RFQ/ITQ/RFP and presentation materials, which include attending tender briefings from time to time.
- Respond quickly and efficiently to all incoming enquiries by phone and email
- Assist in resolving incoming customers’ issues relating to orders.
- Coordinate projects with internal operation teams and assist to manage projects to completion
- At least 2 years experience in Sales Coordination
- Experience in using ERP System eg SAP/Oracle
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work both independently and part of a team
