Sales Coordinator (Indoor) / Senior Executive (Freight Forwarding)

• Coordinate with overseas agents (freight forwarders) to convert prospects into sales and grow overseas tradelines.
- Communicate regularly with freight forwarders to keep them informed on shipment status and ensure client expectations are met.
- Prepare and submit quotations to overseas freight forwarders based on their requirements.
- Understand the specific needs of overseas freight forwarders and align solutions accordingly.
- Follow standard operating procedures while ensuring smooth coordination between sales and operations teams.
- Maintain a high success rate of converting submitted quotations into confirmed business through continuous follow-ups.
- Primarily handle cross-trade quotations and develop relationships with overseas agents to expand business opportunities.

Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
• Preferably possess knowledge of both freight operations and sales processes.
- Positive attitude and customer/sales service-oriented mindset.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the freight forwarding (Air & Ocean) industry with exposure to both commercial and operational aspects, preferably with an ocean freight focus.
- Proven ability to develop business relationships with overseas agents/freight forwarders.
- Good teamwork skills and driven to grow the company’s business.

Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking counterparts.
