Purpose of the Job:
Lead the Direct sales function for Black Box’s GSI division for the Singapore market to achieve target objectives, including revenue and gross margin. Direct efforts to achieve sales goals and drive revenue objectives from direct sales business.
Primarily Roles & Responsibilities:
· Engineering degree or similar with minimum 8 years of relevant sales experience with a track record of selling end-to-end IT Solutions (Connected buildings, Structured cabling, Passive network infrastructure, Racks & Cabinets, DC, In Building networks, Physical Security, Professional & Managed Services, Optical fiber installations)

Purpose of the Job:
Lead the Direct sales function for Black Box’s GSI division for the Singapore market to achieve target objectives, including revenue and gross margin. Direct efforts to achieve sales goals and drive revenue objectives from direct sales business.
Primarily Roles & Responsibilities:
- 10+ years of technology sales experience developing new accounts; carrying & achieving an individual quota of 3M – 5M USD annually.
- Identify & establish relationships with new customers and leverage existing relationships in the Singapore market;
- Connect client’s business objectives with Black Box offerings and solutions to effectively sell a broad portfolio of IT products and services.
- Develop strategic pursuit plans, engaging internal stakeholders, to participate in a variety of client-facing activities; driving the entire 360 sales cycle from prospecting to closing sales, with the goal of achieving/exceeding the assigned quota, measured on a quarterly and annual basis.
- Extensive, existing and relevant network of customers & OEMs relationships in Singapore with a track record of selling end-to-end IT Solutions (Network, DC, Communications, Security, Professional & Managed Services)
- Good understanding of the buying process & cycles (Tech, Fin, Ops) of local customers
- Excellent communication & time management skills
· Engineering degree or similar with minimum 8 years of relevant sales experience with a track record of selling end-to-end IT Solutions (Connected buildings, Structured cabling, Passive network infrastructure, Racks & Cabinets, DC, In Building networks, Physical Security, Professional & Managed Services, Optical fiber installations)
- Proven success driving consistent Singapore revenue growth year-over-year
- Related experience in Singapore region required.
