Sales Manager(Education)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager with a deep understanding of the education landscape in Singapore and Malaysia. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in student recruitment, particularly in selling diploma and postgraduate courses in private institutions. This individual will lead and motivate a sales team to achieve targets and drive growth for student enrolment.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership & Team Management

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales consultants to achieve and exceed student recruitment targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns to drive student enrolment.
• Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and ensure sales KPIs are met.
• Student Recruitment
• Drive student recruitment for diploma and postgraduate programs, focusing on private education.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective students, parents, and educational partners.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute recruitment events and campaigns.

Market Knowledge & Networking

• Stay updated on trends and developments in the education industry in Singapore and Malaysia.
• Identify and explore new recruitment opportunities within both markets.
• Attend relevant networking events, educational fairs, and conferences to promote programs and strengthen partnerships.

Sales Reporting & Forecasting

• Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.
• Analyze sales data to make informed decisions and refine recruitment strategies.
• Manage the sales budget and allocate resources effectively to meet sales goals.

Client Relationship Management

• Provide exceptional customer service and support to prospective students throughout the enrolment process.
• Work closely with academic departments to understand course offerings and provide accurate information to potential students.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the education industry, specifically in private school sales of diploma and postgraduate courses.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in student recruitment.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing and motivating a sales team.
• Excellent understanding of the education landscape in Singapore and Malaysia.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
• A degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $3,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month

• Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

• Commission pay
