- Position Title: Car Sales Business Manager / Sales Manager (Motor Vehicle)
- Working Location: Central - Novena
- Working Hours: 5 days (9.30 am – 6.30 pm)
- Salary Package: Basic up to $5000 + Commission
- Duration: Permanent Role
- Lead and inspire a team of Salesmen to meet sales goals.
- Set clear sales objectives, aligning with company-wide targets.
- Evaluate and enhance salesmen's performance through regular feedback and support.
- Facilitate training and development to boost sales skills.
- Efficiently manage and convert sales leads to achieve targets.
- Support the team in deal negotiations and closures.
- Maintain sales department budget to meet financial goals.
- Generate and review sales reports, analyzing performance and identifying improvement areas.
- Conduct market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Execute additional duties as required.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role.
- Demonstrated leadership with strong team management capabilities.
- Proven sales record in the automotive industry, exceptional negotiation and deal closure skills.
- Analytical aptitude for market trends, sales data, and financials.
- Valid Singapore driving license for vehicle handling.
