Key Responsibilities:

• Partner the business in terms of sales planning, systems optimisation and driving operational cadences such as pipeline reviews, forecast/budgets, gap closer plans etc

• Play a critical role in driving the Lead to Cash process

• Design, build and run Sales Incentive Programs, SPIFFS and Channel Partner Programs

• Drive business insights, measure ROI and assess risks

• Partner with BI to streamline and standardize reporting needs

• Support Partnership team initiatives and ad hoc projects

• Strong advocate for best practices and change management

Qualifications
Who You Are


Minimum Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or a quantitative field of study

• Self-starter with at least 5 years sales operations, planning and business partnering experience

• Well-versed in CRM (Salesforce) and lead-generation systems such as Apollo, Linkedin Sales Navigator etc

• Experience with BI systems and dashboards
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Adventurous and capable of navigating through ambiguities in a high-growth environment

• Design, build and execute multiple projects and initiatives from 0 to 1
