The job

Responsible for driving sales growth in the assigned territory and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

Develop strong customer relationships to a point where he/she is viewed as a trusted advisor for wound and ostomy care
Proficient in Coloplast’s sales process to be able to meet customer needs and handle drawbacks, misunderstandings, scepticism and indifference
Be highly conversant with Coloplast and competitor products
Develop account plans for assigned territory to provide clarity on how he/she will gain and defend business
Maintain a call cycle which optimises time with customers
Keep up-to-date records of customer contact in CRM
Participate in industry and company events which help promote Coloplast
Be able to support clinicians achieve optimal patient outcomes which may at times involve supporting patients in their homes
Support the broader Singapore team develop strategies and implement in market activities which support the business grow.

Qualifications

Medical related college/university graduate preferred
2-3 years sales experience in medical devices/pharma or 2-3 years nursing experience with strong commercial mindset
Demonstrated success in building a sales territory and rapport quickly
Deep understanding of the Singapore Healthcare system and what influences customer product selection
English – written and spoken
Effective influencing, facilitation, communication, and presentation skills
