- The Sales Supervisor will manage his/her Sales Channel and reports directly to the boss
- Develop effective sales strategy to grow existing accounts as well as identifying new channel opportunities to drive incremental sales
- To work closely with customers and build long term relationship
- To handle customers’ feedbacks professionally
- To work closely with the sales team in achieving the sales objective for the month, quarter and year.
- Have at least 3 years experience in Singapore
- Manage various fruit stalls in Singapore and its employees
- Must be knowledgeable about fruits and vegetables from various countries
- Have knowledge about the pricing and quality of fruits & vegetables
- Need to train staff assistant
- Be able to identify sales trends
- Able to work on split shift, weekday evenings, weekends and public holidays during peak seasons
