Sales/Business Development Manager – Singapore

Location: This role is based in our Singapore office, with regional travel to clients as needed.

Your Role: Reporting directly to the Country Manager, you will have the exciting responsibility of managing and expanding sales for both existing and new customers. Your role will focus on understanding client needs, developing strategic plans, and delivering results through our wide range of cutting-edge products and services.
What You'll Do:
- Establish and grow relationships with new and existing accounts.
- Build professional connections with key stakeholders in manufacturing industries such as aerospace, automotive, semiconductors, food & beverage, and more.
- Collaborate with various departments to meet customer expectations and deliver on sales objectives.
- Lead account strategy planning and drive growth across customer portfolios.
- Assess and address customer needs, creating tailor-made solutions that bring value.
- Create, manage, and deliver customer proposals on time, ensuring high standards and profitability.
- Partner with project managers to ensure smooth, timely, and quality delivery of projects.
- Strong contacts and experience in the manufacturing sector.
- Commercially savvy with a keen ability to develop and maintain C-level relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to drive account strategies and exceed targets.
- A natural team player, comfortable working independently and with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and project management tools.
- At least 5 years of strategic sales experience in B2B environments.
- A degree is preferred, but equivalent relevant experience will also be considered.
