Your Role:
- Oversee both front and back-of-house operations for smooth coordination.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by promptly addressing and resolving concerns.
- Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation to create memorable dining experiences.
- Manage inventory by anticipating kitchen supply needs and placing orders as required.
- Train new hires and provide ongoing coaching to enhance team performance.
