Shift Charge Engineer

· Reporting to the O&M Manager working a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, which includes day and night shifts.
· Lead a team of up to 10 engineers and technicians on a power plant to ensure smooth operations.
· Maintain the highest HSE standards and drive performance and efficiency across the shift.
· Lead a change management program.
· Effectively coordinate activities with the engineering and maintenance departments.
· Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
· At least Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
· Min 3 years relevant working experience.
· Experience in Power Plant industry is an advantage.
· Willing to work in Tuas South and 12 hours rotating shifts.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $4,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
