What you get:
· Salary range: S$3,400 - S$4,200 | 5 days’ work week/44 hours, no split shift

What you will do:
· Oversee daily operations during shifts, ensuring smooth service and adherence to company standards.
· Lead, train, and motivate the team to deliver outstanding customer service.
· Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
· Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
· Monitor staff performance and provide constructive feedback.
· Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

· Previous experience in a supervisory role within the F&B industry is required.

· Proficient in relevant software and tools (e.g., POS systems, inventory management).
