Business Need / Purpose of Role

The Logistics Executive reporting to the Logistics Manager is responsible in providing professional services that meet/exceed expectation.


The role is to ensure full logistics scope including booking, coordination, warehouse/ storeroom, documentation, inventory management for all AIR/ SEA/ LAND/ CROSS TRADES/ Billing and projects.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee, plan, and manage daily operations by organizing/ executing all operational related activities, which includes freight clearances- Airport/ Keppel Distripark, First/ Last mile for Marine Logistics and other local collections/ deliveries.
• Ensure proper documentation is done - Preparation of quotations and rates, Customs permits, Draft waybills and invoices are issued timely.
• Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation, and other customer related queries
• Liaison person with suppliers, 3rd party warehouses and various overseas agents/ carriers
• Solve operational problems encountered with clients and other related agencies by maintaining close interactions with all stakeholders to ensure a smooth day to day operations.
• Ensure full compliance with the ISS Management System (Health, Safety and Environment/ Quality compliance requirements)
• Any other duties within the scope and purpose of the job as requested by Line Manager and ensure full utilization of all ISS systems according to Standard Operating Procedures
