Contract Type: Task-Based (2-3 months, extendable)
Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Site Access Coordinator to support our project team in arranging site access and managing Building Owner/Building Management (BO/BM) processes. This role involves preparing documentation, applying for site access, and coordinating closely with the team’s project team to ensure efficient application management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare documentation for site access.
- Apply for site access with relevant building management or building owners.
- Follow up with building management or owners to ensure access is granted.
- Coordinate with project team and maintain a database of sites and resources (both company’s and its suppliers’) for efficient application management.
- Experience in site management or coordination roles.
- Familiarity with working with building owners or management teams.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to follow up and ensure tasks are completed efficiently
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: $1,864.50 - $5,095.51 per month
