Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Site Supervisor to oversee construction operations at project sites. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for managing daily site activities, ensuring that all work is completed safely, on schedule, and in compliance with quality standards. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in construction or related fields.

Key Responsibilities:

• Site Management: Supervise and coordinate day-to-day construction activities, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
• Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of workers and subcontractors, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to specification.
• Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and ensure the site is in compliance with all health and safety regulations.
• Quality Control: Monitor construction work to ensure it meets quality standards and project specifications.
• Resource Management: Coordinate the use of materials, tools, and equipment to ensure efficient use of resources.
• Schedule Adherence: Ensure that work is completed according to the project timeline and address any delays or issues.
• Reporting: Report progress and any issues to the Project Manager and provide regular updates on project status.
• Problem-Solving: Address on-site issues and resolve problems related to work, resources, or personnel in a timely manner.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of work activities, site inspections, and safety audits.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in construction or as a Site Supervisor.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality control standards.
• Leadership Skills: Ability to manage, lead, and motivate a team of workers, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with team members, project managers, and clients.
• Problem-Solving Ability: Ability to resolve issues quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to work on-site, in various weather conditions, and perform physical tasks as needed.
• Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
