Site Supervisor (Architectural) – Part-Time

- To carry out site supervision and inspection of architectural works.
- To monitor progress of the works on sites and report delays immediately.
- To ensure that works are only carried out strictly within the stipulated time and/or at other time as directed by the S.O. or other designated CAAS officer.
- To enforce site safety and other measures to control dust, noise and vibration caused by the Contractor’s works.
- To maintain proper and updated records of all works done, including records of all activities, tests, inspections, status of works, safety, material and equipment on site, labour, day works, site diary, provisional quantities, weather condition etc.
- To check all drawings (including shop drawings) and sketches to verify and ensure that works are carried in accordance to approved drawings.
- To check that Contractor execute preliminaries items and conform to all requirements as stipulated in the contract.
- To check service routes and Contractor’s setting out and report any deviations to the S.O. and/or his engineer/architect.
- To check that all works are carried out in a safe and proper manner including temporary supports and protection.
- To monitor of daily site works and update of daily activities done (by Whats App) by the contractor.
- To ensure the safety, cleanliness, tidiness, and earth control measure (ECM) are provided and maintained on site, if and when required.
- To verify reports and claims submitted by Contractor, including keeping record of all variations/changes as instructed or approved by the S.O.
- To inspect and ensure works are carried out in accordance to specifications and requirements, and to take over completed works.
- To ensure that the Contractor’s workers are carrying out works only at their designated areas. No loitering and entry to unauthorised areas are allowed.
- To undertake any other duties related to the project as and when instructed by the S.O. /Project Manager and/or his Engineer/Architect.
- To fully complete the supervision of all building works carried out by the Contractor.
- To attend weekly progress meeting at CAAS Meeting Room.

- Refurbishment of Existing AHUs for Backup prior to replacement
- Replacement of Air Distribution System (AHUs, CRAC Units, Chilled Water FCUs and DX Units)
- Installation of New Chilled Water PFCU at Equipment Room
- Replacement of Air Handling Units
- Replacement of Chilled Water FCUs at Staff Lounge
- Installation of New Pre-Cool Chilled Water FCUs Staff Lounge
- Replacement of Mechanical Ventilation Fans
- Replacement of Exhaust Fans to Ancillary Building Transformer Room
- Installation of New Mechanical Ventilation Fans to Equipment Rooms
- Replacement of Other Mechanical Ventilation Fans
- Installation of Fresh Air Supply
- Installation of Indoor Air Quality Display
- Replacement of Hose Reel Pumps
- Replacement of Hose Reel Tank & Pumps
- Replacement of Non-Addressable Fire Alarm System to Addressable Fire Alarm System
- Replacement of Existing Halon/Argonite Fire Suppression System to Clean Agent Fire Suppression System
- Improvement Works to Existing Dry Risers
- Extension of Fire Sprinklers Coverage
- Addition of Smoke Detectors Coverage
- Replacement of Sprinkler Pumps and Combined Sprinkler/Hosereel Tank
- Replacement of Hose Reel Pumps
- Replacement of existing Fire Alarm Panel to Addressable Fire Alarm System

- Replacement of 3 nos. Mobile Generator Interfacing Panels
- Replacement of 22k V cables from HT Switchboards to Transformers
- Replacement of LV cables from Transformers and Generators to LV Main Switchboards and Standby Switchboards
- Replacement of Main Switchboards (MSBs), Emergency Main Switchboards (EMSBs) and Standby Switchboards (SBs)
- Replacement of Sub-Switchboards (SBs), Manual Transfer Switch (MTS) Panels, Distribution Boards (DBs) and Over-ground Box (OG Box)
- Replacement of Air-cooled Chiller Plant MCC
- Replacement of 4 nos. standby generator fuel pumps
- Installation of new digital power meter for Main Switchboards and Distribution Boards
- Replacement of fluorescent lighting to LED lighting
- Replacement of all sub-main cables
- Lift replacement for Lift System
- Lift modernization for Lift System.
- Diploma in Architectural from local polytechnic or equivalent; and
- Possess 5 years of relevant site supervision experience in Architectural Work.
