Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Assist in creating engaging and visually appealing content for our social media platforms, including graphics, videos, and written posts.
- Social Media Management: Help manage our social media accounts by scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments and messages promptly.
- Community Engagement: Actively engage with our online community by liking, commenting, and sharing relevant content to foster a strong brand presence and customer loyalty.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor social media performance using analytics tools and prepare weekly reports on key metrics such as engagement, reach, and follower growth.
- Campaign Support: Assist in the planning and execution of social media campaigns and contests to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to suggest new ways to engage our audience.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align social media activities with overall marketing strategies and goals.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Linked In, Tik Tok, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with an eye for design and detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social) is a plus.
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Hands-on experience in digital marketing and social media engagement.
