- Produce and create long-form and short-form video content for Instagram, Tik Tok, and You Tube, with a focus on maximizing views and engagement.
- Develop visually appealing multimedia content (graphics, videos, animations) that aligns with brand voice and platform-specific requirements.
- Write captions tailored for various digital platforms and audiences to complement video and visual content.
- Brainstorm, ideate, and execute creative social media campaigns and content that resonate with the target audience.
- Plan new creative content ideas weekly and maintain content calendars for consistent social media presence.
- Collaborate with editorial and business development teams to align content with broader campaign objectives
- Support the growth of media channels by monitoring and analyzing social media performance (e.g., Tik Tok, Instagram, You Tube), using insights to optimize content for reach and engagement.
- Manage social media accounts, schedule posts, and monitor community engagement to maintain an active and responsive online presence
- Organize shooting schedules, manage workflows, and oversee content production from pre-production to post-production.
- Self-supervise projects to ensure they meet deadlines and quality standards, making necessary adjustments throughout the production process
- Reach out to partners and influencers to facilitate collaborations that enhance brand visibility.
- Strategize and implement ways to grow the brand on social media, using data-driven insights to refine content and community engagement tactics
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends and platform updates, incorporating new content formats and creative strategies into campaigns.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities for brand differentiation and growth
- Perform administrative tasks, such as organizing content files, maintaining production schedules, and handling ad-hoc duties as needed to support the team.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in the media industry and video content production

- Possess a keen eye for detail
- Familiar with social media content trends and styles (Tik Tok, Facebook, Instagram, You Tube)
- Adapt in sourcing for compelling and engaging stories/angles
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and independent
- Willingness to learn
- Ability to meet deadlines and fast turnover for content production
- Good to have: Knowledge of camera handling, editing in Adobe Premiere Pro, lighting theory
Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
