About the Role:
We are seeking a creative and driven Social Media Executive to manage and grow our presence across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, and more. You will create engaging content, plan campaigns, and build our online community, all while learning how to use tools like Hootsuite and Buffer to streamline efforts. Over 12 weeks, you'll develop skills in content creation, strategy, influencer outreach, campaign management, and analytics, gradually taking ownership of our social media strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage social media content aligned with the company's brand and goals.
- Schedule and oversee posts using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Develop and maintain a content calendar, plan campaigns, and promotional activities.
- Engage with our audience, manage communities, and handle customer inquiries.
- Assist in running social media ad campaigns and analyze performance metrics.
- Work with influencers to increase brand engagement and visibility.
- Report on social media performance and contribute to strategy development.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms.
- Basic knowledge of content creation, including copywriting, graphic design, and video editing.
- Familiarity with social media management tools.
- Excellent communication and community management skills.
- Creative, organized, and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
