Social Media Growth Intern

We are seeking a Social Media Growth Intern to help drive brand awareness and organic demand at Home Match. You'll work closely with the Co-Founder, designing and executing content strategies, creating engaging visuals, and managing social media channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute content strategies with the intent of driving awareness, engagement, and virality.
- Design and produce effective content that aligns with the content strategy e.g. social media posts, videos, website visuals, blog posts.
- Manage and grow the following on owned media channels.
- Collab with the performance marketing arm in rocket-fuelling high-potential content on ad channels.
- Always testing: Learn from both mistakes and successes. Make data-driven decisions and dare to experiment.
- Always learning: Staying updated on channel-specific updates and cultural trends. Keeping our eyes peeled for opportunities to trendjack.
- Self-Learners. The role is highly hands-on and it is an ever-changing world! We won’t expect you to know everything now; what’s important is having a strong drive for personal growth.
- Creativity paired with a business instinct. Behind all the sizzle, the purpose of marketing is to SELL.
- And of course a good eye for design.
- A portfolio that showcases your proficiency in graphic design and video editing is a bonus.
- Current undergraduate preferred, with a bonus if you are pursuing a degree in Business or Marketing.
