Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Head Chef to oversee all kitchen operations and maintain high culinary standards.
• Assist in menu development and execution of unique luxury dining concepts.
• Train and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are rigorously followed.
• Participate in maintaining inventory and controlling food costs.
• Work closely with the Head Chef to create seamless dining experiences for our guests.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a high-end restaurant or luxury dining establishment.
• Strong culinary skills and a passion for creativity and innovation.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of kitchen processes and food safety standards.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet the dynamic demands of the industry.
