Sr. Automation Engineer

- Support and take a responsible role in the Client Engineering Team
- Develop familiarity with the clients manufacturing system standards
- Implement clients Automation Standards throughout all projects relating to their deliverables
- Act as client representative providing oversight to the System Integrators, reviewing and approving design and test documentation
- Implement best practices from previous projects relating to their deliverables
- Create Automation User Requirement Specifications
- Responsible for Software Development and implementation
- Support FAT/C&Q activities as applicable
- Ability to execute system changes and optimization under site change control

Required Qualifications:
- Process Automation project experience with the Delta V and Rockwell Platforms
- Drive for innovation and continuous improvement
- Understanding of Process Automation implementation in a Pharma/Biotech environment.
- Familiarity with ISA 88 and GAMP
- Clear understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Bachelor's Degree in engineering, chemical engineering, electrical engineering or computer engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Experience with SCADA, PLCs, HMI, APIs, SQL software and systems is not required but desirable.
- Must have relevant Delta V experience in pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry
