Responsibilities:

Maintain and build strong channel partner relationship.
Actively engage and maintain relationship with existing partners to ensure ongoing and incremental referrals
Acquire new partners to grow the existing channel portfolio
Track and prepare reports on channel performance
Deepen understanding of channel partners and develop trusted relationships with key Partners and identify opportunities to grow the partnership
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align our internal goals with new and existing partner relationships
Develop and build new channels via proactive outbound engagement

Qualifications

At least 2 years' experience in the banking and financial services industry.
University degree
Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and driven with a focus on customer service
Possess initiative, drive and ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
Able to manage China channel partner
