As we continue to grow and expand, we are looking for a Strategy and Operations Intern to join our team. This role is a unique opportunity to work on implementation and execution of strategy, improve efficiency, and champion the use of cutting-edge digital tools within and across the firm. What You'll Do:
As a Strategy and Operations Intern at Mind Stretcher, you will play an important role in supporting various initiatives and operationalising strategies with the Head of Growth. You will work alongside management and operational teams across Mind Stretcher to improve business processes and introduce and integrate solutions.

Job Functions:

Support our Head of Growth and various team on day-to-day management and analysis on high priority issues. Examples:

• Perform analyses and research to support the prioritisation and operationalisation of initiatives
• Identify opportunities to streamline and optimise operations across various functions
• Identify and implement new opportunities that help grow Mind Stretcher
• Conduct market analysis and prepare stakeholder presentations
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, record minutes and plan engagements to support initiatives

About you:

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in a relevant field, or has recently graduated

• Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Power Point

• Resourceful and high willingness to learn

• Highly accountable and takes ownership of one’s own work

• A team player who is detail-oriented, willing to learn, and results-driven

• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Adept at data analysis and capable of synthesizing large amounts of information quickly

• Experience in education and/or tech industry is a plus

• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset

• Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic and unstructured environment
