Job Overview

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design team in creating cutting-edge interior design concepts that push boundaries and achieve project goals.
- Cultivate and manage client relationships, delivering exceptional service while ensuring projects are completed within demanding timelines and budgets.
- Collaborate seamlessly with international teams, including architects and landscape designers, to harmonize interior design with global project visions.
- Ensure meticulous oversight of design and construction documentation, ensuring precision and compliance with project requirements.
- Proactively track project schedules and budgets, ensuring timely deliverables and progress monitoring. Embrace the latest industry trends and best practices, leveraging your expertise to drive innovation and foster organizational growth.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a leadership role within the interior design industry, demonstrating expertise in studio management.
- Proven ability to drive design teams, delivering cutting-edge interior design concepts that exceed expectations.
- Excellent client management skills, with a track record of successfully managing multiple client relationships in fast-paced environments.
- Collaborative mindset with a strong track record of successfully working with international teams across various disciplines.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for maintaining accuracy in design and construction documentation.
- Results-driven approach with a focus on proactive project schedule and budget management.
- Passion for staying at the forefront of industry trends and leveraging this knowledge to drive innovation and growth.
