SUPPLIER QUALITY ENGINEER / CUSTOMER QUALITY ENGINEER

- Handle customer complaints and quality related queries
- Implement customer requirements, carry out product quality plan for all projects and ensure PQP effectiveness
- Implement quality tools in production to support corrective and preventive actions and continuous improvement
- Part and line approval follow up (Qualification Package) throughout the project
- Supplier Quality Management
- Handle quality issues and liaise with cross-functional team towards improvement
Job Requirements:
- College degree of Science/ Engineering
- Experience in quality control and customer/supplier quality management
- Experience in incoming, manufacturing and customer service area
- Familiar with quality tools and have basic knowledge of six sigma
- Familiar with the knowledge of IATF 16949 standard and 5 Tools (PPAP/APQP/SPC/MSA/FMEA)
- Good inter-personal and presentation skill
- Self-motivated and good team player
