Supply Chain Assistant

We are looking for a passionate individual to join our Team. The ideal candidate should possess strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for ordering of finished goods from company's Suppliers.
- Liaise with key personnel from internal supply chain team and overseas suppliers to ensure goods are produced and shipped on time.
- Liaise with overseas and local forwarders to deliver goods in Singapore in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Work closely with 3PL warehouse personnel on inbound shipments and inventory management
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team on sales forecasts and promotional items, ensuring optimal stock management and stock availability.

Prepare purchase orders, organise and confirm delivery of goods.
Qualifications
- Degree / Diploma / Professional Certificate in Logistics/Inventory Management/Procurement or equivalent
- 1-2 years of relevant experience; preferably in wholesale and distribution industry
- Responsible, meticulous, analytical and possess a high sense of urgency to meet deadlines
- Ability to communicate and work well with others in a team environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills & able to multi-task
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot table, vlookup, etc)
- Good negotiation and conflict resolution skills
