Supply Chain Demand Planner

- Review and analyse historical sales data trends, understand demand drivers, prepare forecast data, and evaluate forecast results.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities to reconcile significant variances and refine the forecast to reflect updated sales and marketing assumptions.
- Interact with sales, marketing, and finance to understand demand forecast drivers.
- Use and maintain the Demand Planning software as the primary forecasting system tool.
- Provide input to the Supply Planning team in developing inventory strategies on existing items, new products, and product phase-outs.
- Closely coordinate and communicate customer action plans with supply planning
- Review sales forecast and ensure it is aligned with budget and recommend adjustments to subsidiaries accordingly
- Review monthly promotional plans with subsidiaries
- Prepare and maintain relevant reports pertaining to demand planning process
- Improve relationships among planners, sales, marketing which will lead to effective knowledge sharing and an optimal consensus forecast to better guide the company.

Any other ad hoc duties as per assigned by the Supply Chain Manager, or such other persons as the Company may direct from time to time.
Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Supply Chain Management
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal skills are also essential to effectively interact with all stakeholders
- Well versed with Ecxel
- Experience with SAP is a plus
- A good knowledge of forecasting tool such as Furtur Master is a bonus
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience
