Grocery Logistics Singapore (GLS) a wholly owned subsidiary of Fair Price Group Supply Chain, is a well-established logistics player in the Fast Moving Consumers Goods (FMCG) segment, incorporated since January 1993. Other than being the key logistics provider for NTUC Fair Price and its subsidiaries, we had serviced the Dairy Farm Group, Royal Ahold Group (since exited from Singapore Markets) and many small supermarket chains since our establishment.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Job Title System Administrators Job Comments
Job Responsibilities
- Direct the day-to-day administration of the Application Group.
- Take up and lead project team in the functional design and detailed specificiations as and when assigned
- Project coordination with external vendors
- Provide WMS support, track and troubleshoot WMS issues
- Data extraction from WMS for reporting needs
- Develop reports to meet business needs
- Develop scripts/programs to enhance the effectiveness of applications and databases
- Maintain or update the company intranet
- Maintain the MHS servers
- Any other tasks, as and when assigned by the HOD
QUALIFICATIONS
Job Requirements
- 5 years above of experience in Warehouse Management System, automation background, TMS will be advantage
- Support daily warehouse operation and handle software application projects
- Able to communicate with key users and understand business or system requirement
- Prior experience in managing, running or handling of projects is an advantage
- Go through SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)
- Team player and able lead the team and work independently and ability to collabrate and work effectively with a variety of stakeholders or vendors
- Motivated, meticulous and results oriented
- Resourceful and problem solver
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
