Responsibilities

Report to Head of IT to assist in the implementation of all application system projects, including POS, ERP, Digital e Commerce, etc
Work with respective department heads to analyse and propose process solution
Hands-on technical development skills to perform application enhancements in Navision C/SIDE, Microsoft Dynamics-Business Central, SQL scripts, Java scripting, or any other ERP applications
Impart and groom junior staffs.
Manage third-party developers to deliver customisation documentation with proper documentation
Performs and conduct systems testing, user training & acceptance testing, and post mortem follow-up
Responsible for quality of deliverables, and customer satisfaction.
Lead Report Analytics implementation

Requirements

Independent and self-motivated with excellent interpersonal, communication & reporting skills.
Willing to get hands-on and work with the team
Able to travel inter-state and overseas where required
Preferred language: Chinese (Written and Spoken) due to the need to support our North Asia subsidiaries
