How will you value-add?
As a Senior Associate, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Provide sound advice to Tax/Advisory professionals, seeking Risk Management input for a variety of tax/advisory engagement related queries
  
• Develop and/or update solutions to common queries, including relevant practice aids and templates
  
• Assist engagement teams in their negotiations with external clients on contracts and terms of business
  
• Providing support, education and training to staff to build risk awareness within the organization
  
• Where appropriate, the manager will also be offered opportunities to work with other Lines of Service teams
  

About you

• Must have at least 2-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in risk management and legal
  
• Legal background with contract negotiations preferred, experience in technology related contracting will be beneficial
  
• Has good project management skills
  
• Possesses a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  
• Has strong analytical & problem-solving skills and enjoy reviewing contracts
  
• Enjoy meeting people and has the confidence and maturity to deal with all levels of staff
  
• Has the willingness to learn and deliver timely and quality results to internal clients
  
• Good team player
