Job Descriptions

• To be responsible in all duties relevant to a Tearista/Counter Crew.
• To ensure the counter area is well-kept and all equipment & bar utensils are washed and cleaned.
• To ensure service standard and customer satisfaction is maintained.
• To assist in daily stocktake and inventory management.
• Order taking and cashier duties
• Keep and maintain store cleanness by sweeping, wiping, vacuuming and mopping the store.
• To participate in all training programs relevant to the company’s businesses.
• Communicate well and work harmoniously with all team members.
• To perform ad hoc runner duties when required.
• Work as a team and assist each other when needed.

Job Requirements

• Extensive experience in latte art and drinks preparation as barista is preferred, but not required.
• Passionate, proactive, outgoing, able to connect with customer and deliver great customer service experience.
• Progressive career objective and motivate to learn and progress.
• Team player, discipline and self-starter.
• Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Has a valid food and safety certificate.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as working in a restaurant/café environment.
• Love spending weekends and holidays with family and friends.
