We are seeking a detail-oriented Temporary Student Affairs & Services Assistant to support our Student Affairs & Services Department in administrative tasks.
A candidate with a background in office work, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and some familiarity with the school environment will be at an advantage.
He/She will assist the Student Affairs & Services Department in tasks such as:
Requirements
1. Minimum GCE ‘O’ Levels
2. Able to commit from 01 Nov to 31 Dec 2024
3. Meticulous and detail-oriented
4. Mature and patient personality
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office
A candidate with a background in office work, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and some familiarity with the school environment will be at an advantage.
He/She will assist the Student Affairs & Services Department in tasks such as:
- Conduct assessment of ISB (Independent School Bursary) applications
- Follow up on outstanding documents with applicants
