Job Responsibilities

• Partner closely with the NFRM stakeholder manager team and BU/SUs to provide subject matter expert guidance and advice on outsourcing and third-party non-outsourcing risk management matters.
• Review the BU/SU’s due diligence and risk assessments on outsourcing and third-party non-outsourcing service providers, and highlight any key risk concerns for the appropriate action, reporting and monitoring.
• Co-lead in the development and maintenance of the Third-Party and Outsourcing Risk Management Framework, Policy, Procedures and Guidelines; and in the oversight of their implementation across the Group for consistency and effectiveness.
• Co-lead in the enhancement of the third-party and outsourcing risk management module in the Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) system and conduct periodic end user testing.
• Provide secretariat support to the Third-Party and Outsourcing Committee.
• Promote greater outsourcing and third-party non-outsourcing risk management awareness among the BU/SUs by developing third-party and outsourcing training materials and conducting training sessions and ad hoc briefings.
• Create and maintain proper documentation of all assigned work areas so as to facilitate easy knowledge transfer and sharing among team members.
• Prepare risk management reports for regulatory and/or management reporting.
• Lead or participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned from time to time.
