Date of Interview: 7 September 2024, Saturday
Venue of Interview : YMCA Student Care Centre @ Punggol Waterway - Blk 308B Punggol Walk #01-388 Singapore 822308
Time of Interview : 10am to 3pm
Role Description:
You will be involved with teaching and developing children in academic, social, personal hygiene, music, art and motor skills to promote students’ physical, mental and social development.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Involved with classroom management, maintain order in classroom and on playground.
Assist students with activities to stimulate students’ interest and broaden the understanding of their physical and social environment.
Assist with preparation of lesson materials.
Supervise students with their homework.
Assist to implement creative ideas, activities, and stimulating lessons to involve the students in the classroom.
Ensure the safety and wellbeing of the students.
Maintain an appropriate atmosphere of safety, learning, and fun, in line with YMCA’s philosophy.

Requirements:

Minimum N/ O Level, NITEC or its equivalent.
Student care / tutoring experience is advantageous.
Patient and passionate about teaching children
Friendly and cheerful with good interpersonal skills and organization skills.
Candidates with higher education level and working experience will be considered for Senior Teacher, position.
Working Locations: Near MRT stations across Singapore
