Job Overview
As a Wellness Consultant – Home, you will play a vital role in enhancing the wellness journeys of our consumers. Reporting to the Head of Home, you will be focusing on consultative selling in the B2C market. This position offers a unique opportunity to engage with various channels, including events, retail, partnerships, and inside sales.

Pay: $3,800.00 - $4,000.00 per month

Responsibilities
- Articulate and exemplify Technogym’s brand values and wellness philosophy to Home consumers across diverse channels, ensuring a compelling brand experience.
- Engage with customers to identify their wellness goals and lifestyle preferences and recommend personalized Technogym solutions that align with their objectives, focusing on equipment, products, and digital offerings.
- Deliver a seamless and personalized white-glove service throughout the customer journey, from initial contact through to the successful installation and ongoing use of Technogym’s premium equipment, ensuring an unparalleled customer experience.
- Proactively identify and create new business opportunities by networking with prospective and existing clients to promote Technogym's high-end products, services, and innovative digital solutions.
- Establish and nurture relationships with partners in the Architect & Design sector, effectively educating them on Technogym’s Wellness Design solutions and enhancing your sales pipeline through these collaborations.
- Leverage Salesforce to effectively manage and optimize both outbound and inbound sales activities, ensuring data-driven decisions and improved sales performance.
- Serve as a passionate brand ambassador for Technogym, embodying the company’s core values and fostering a positive image in all customer interactions.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to provide insights that inform product development and marketing strategies.
- Actively participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in Salesforce, providing regular updates and reports to management to facilitate strategic decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in a relevant business discipline is preferred.
- A minimum of 1 – 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably within the premium or luxury sector.
- A genuine passion for fitness, wellness, and healthy living, coupled with a strong desire to help others enhance their quality of life through wellness solutions is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a lean, fast-paced environment while valuing teamwork and fostering open communication.
- A proactive mindset with the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively, exhibiting a positive attitude and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or equivalent sales CRM tools, with the ability to effectively leverage technology to manage customer relationships and sales activities.
- Strong understanding of B2C sales processes, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a customer-first mindset that prioritizes their needs and goals.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs while maintaining a proactive approach to opportunities.
- Proficient in English; proficiency in spoken Mandarin is an advantage, enabling effective communication with a broader clientele.
