Job Description:
Position: Bartender
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests
- Ensure all drinks are prepared and presented according to company standards
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including proper storage and rotation of supplies
- Monitor inventory and restock supplies as needed
- Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations and answering any questions they may have
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe and hygienic work environment
- Collaborate with the rest of the crew to provide exceptional service and create a positive guest experience
- Attend all training sessions and meetings as required by the company
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Bartender in a high-volume establishment
- Knowledge of different types of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, as well as their proper preparation and presentation
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Must be at least 21 years of age and hold a valid bartending license or certification
- Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus
