As a Customer Services Agent, you will play a crucial role in facilitating communication for our clients
Qualifications:

High level proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
Grade 12/NQF Level 4
Clear Criminal and Clear Credit records
Minimum 1 year call center experience required (BPO preferred)
Strong listening skills and attention to detail.
Computer Literate and ability to speed type (25wpm)
Handling customer technical support cases through phone and email submission
Achieving computer stem objectives through collecting relevant data, identifying and evaluating options and suggesting a course of action
Maintain client confidence by keeping their information confidential
Answer customer inquiries via email, chat or phone promptly and courteously.
Provide technical assistance to customers in resolving software/hardware issues.
Follow-up with customers to ensure that issues have been resolved to their satisfaction.

Job Type: Full-time
Ability to commute/relocate:

Cape Town, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

High School (matric) (Required)

Experience:

Customer service: 1 year (Required)
BPO Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

High English proficiency (Required)
