Position Overview:
Account Media Limited is seeking a talented and motivated Marketing Executive to manage and upload content onto our CMS, create HTML emails for our clients, and liaise with clients around content updates. You will work closely with all teams to ensure consistent and effective communication across all channels. This role is ideal for a creative and detail-oriented individual with strong email marketing experience and at least 3 years of experience in the marketing field. This position offers the flexibility of remote work, with the ability to work from the Western Cape, South Africa.
Key Responsibilities:

• Upload and manage content on the company’s Content Management System (CMS), ensuring it is up-to-date and aligned with marketing strategies.
• Build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring ongoing collaboration and customer satisfaction.
• Design and develop compelling landing pages, optimizing for SEO and user experience.
• Manage and execute email marketing campaigns, including audience segmentation, testing and performance analysis.
• Ensure high levels of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks, including proofing and testing email campaigns before deployment.
• Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and efficient coordination.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum of 3 years experience in marketing, with a focus on content management and email marketing.
• Strong experience in using CMS platforms to upload and manage content.
• Proven experience in creating and executing HTML email campaigns, including coding and design.
• Strong attention to detail, ensuring all content in accurate and aligned with brand standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with an eye for detail and design.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Location and Working Hours:

• This is a fully remote position and candidates must be based in the Western Cape, South Africa.
• Working hours will be aligned with UK hours: 08:30 AM to 16:30 PM SAST (GMT+2)
